Knoktern: Robotic Pirate Monkey & Alpha DataEuphoric Styles is teaming up with Temple Nightclub to bring you the newest monthly in the Bay Area. Knoktern brings the best bass, glitch, and indie dance music. The inaugural edition features Robotic Pirate Monkey and Alpha Data on April 24th.

Boulder's high-flying RPM trio is planning a trip across the country to hit major festival after major festival, and this spring session in SF will be a demonstration of the sheer power of these guys. Their mash-up and bass-heavy sets can set dancefloors ablaze.

Joining them is Alpha Data. James Ristvedt has been touring with some of the biggest acts in the scene, including Conspirator and BoomBox, honing his craft and pushing his glitchy sound as far as it will go. He pushed it so far, that for an April Fool's prank last week, he released an EP of progressive house tunes. The funny part is--they weren't half bad. This versatile producer is a force in the live setting.

Bay Area native NITEPPL joins the list of headliners, along with Lane 8, GLSS, and Danny Weird who will perform in the Destiny Lounge.

As a celebration of the monthly's inception, this show is free before 10:30pm, and just $10 after that. Temple and Euphoric Styles are already scheming up next month's event, but we can't wait for this one. In fact, we're so excited, we want to give people a chance to win FREE TICKETS to this event. If you're planning on showing up after 10:30pm, may as well win yourself a pair of tickets!
