While livetronica has been a fixture of many lineups of The Werk Out past, the 2018 lineup is a return to jam band form with a stacked roster of classic acts.
Joining host band The Werks (who will play four total sets, and likely make a slew more crossover apperances) are jam royalty Umphrey's McGee, funk masters Lettuce, and fellow Ohioans Papadosio.
Rising jam acts like Pigeons Playing Ping Pong (performing two nights), Twiddle, and Mungion are also represented, along with festival staples like Turkuaz, Zach Deputy, and the Rumpke Mountain Boys, holding down the bluegrass contingent.
KNOWER (featuring viral sensation Louis Cole) is the lone indietronica representative, but with the full band, fireworks are sure to fly.
The festival returns to Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio, the home of too many iconic festivals and performances to mention, where The Werks have made their home the past few years. This is just the initial lineup, and countless acts will be added, as well as special combo and tribute sets that have become a hallmark of the late summer event.
