EOTOEvery Labor Day weekend since 2009, masses of party animals descend upon NYC’s Randall’s Island Park for the summer’s final three-day-long dance party, Electric Zoo. In the festival’s seventh year, the brainchild of Made Event is joining forces with ID&T, the folks behind Mysteryland USA and TomorrowWorld, to take things to the next level.

In addition to a stacked line-up, which includes artists like The Chemical Brothers, Above & Beyond, Zeds Dead, and Nervo raging the Main Stage, the newly-introduced Transformed thematic concept comes across as a promise--Electric Zoo: Transformed is going to be turnt. But the magic of EZoo goes way beyond the Main Stage and various side tent headliners that grace the hugest marquees worldwide in all-caps. For the most epic EZoo experience, be sure to dance through our Top 10 undercard Electric Zoo: Transformed artists.

10. Snails

The title of Montreal-based Snails’ recent EP-- #FREETHEVOMIT--says it all: expect dubstep so wobbly with bass so dirty it’s filthier than the Lazy River on the third day of a music festival held in a water park (and this is a good thing).

9. Wave Racer

Australian-based Wave Racer’s most recent original track, “Flash Drive (Featuring Baby),” is like scrolling through Tumblr while riding an unicorn; his purely neon sound best described as future bass infused with disco melodies is sure to make the Riverside stage sweat on EZoo Day 1.

8. Julia Govor

New York-based Julia Govor’s techno and deep house sounds bring on the feels. The fact that she got her start singing in a Russian military band only adds to her overall badassness.
