DIGITAL ETHOS - HeavyThe new single by East Coast bass monster DIGITAL ETHOS is heavier than a neutron star.

It starts out with a slithering, arpeggiated high-mid bass lead sound and drops “heavily" into its signature DE grinding pulsing bass drop capable of punching through the space-time continuum. Glued together by 'pound n slap' drum beats, trap vibe sans excess hi-hats, the viscera shaking, forcefield breaking jabber-whump of the track packs a wallop.

DIGITAL ETHOS aka Charlie Quigley is a South Jersey based electronic music producer. Emerging only recently in the bass music scene, he has already gotten support from the likes of Liquid Stranger and Space Jesus, and many discovered him through his bass ripping dubstep collaboration with the legendary Bassnectar. He played The Untz Festival last summer, and is poised to make his Red Rocks debut with REZZ in October.

The Digital Ethos project derives from the collection of ideas and inspiration gathered from all genres of music, creating a new take on what is considered weird, experimental, and heavy. He has come under the wing of Wakaan, thanks to his collab EP, Mars, with the aforementioned Space Jesus, and is expected to release more music with them in the near future. This could be the sonic weapon we will need to use to fight off alien invaders in the future—or welcome them in?
