Charge Recordings ... also he is ... The Man Who Discovered Andy C....;)

The prolific "Mampi Swift" aka Phil Anim, formally known as Swift. Adding "Mampi" was not coincidental.......the term meaning "big, strong and quick" depicts everything about him from his pure pyhsique to his amazing "double-dropping" djing skills.Starting off his career as a Dj in the early nineties, Swift landed a job at the now defunct Lucky Spin record shop. This was very helpful, as full access to the studio next door, with in house engineer Pete Parsons (aka Voyager) was part of the package. This became a valued learning ground for the inspired artist. After a few releases on various well known labels, his hunger grew and he set up his own label Charge Recordings.

Destroy All Concepts

Producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist, Dub Gabriel has been pushing the limits of subwoofers worldwide for over a decade. His musical explorations in Brooklyn in the mid 90’s drew him to the outer limits of the New York scene where he got his start as a DJ at the legendary Limelight club. With his early sound being a portent of today’s burgeoning dubstep scene, his bass-bending style and hard-hitting sets launched him as a trailblazing figure in the New York underground club scene and gained him the attention of leading publications that include XLR8R, Interview, Billboard, Pitchfork, Time Out New York, The Wire, International DJ and countless others.

**KOZEE (Badman Digital, Hot N Heavy, SF)

KOZEE (BADMANPRESS - BADMANDIGITAL – HOT N HEAVY RECORDINGS - SF) (pronounced cozy) was born in Lansing, Michigan and started her love affair with music early. Her family would relocate to Sacramento, California, and at the age of 7, she compiled her first mixtape, inadvertently on the path towards creating her own music one day. In the early 90’s she started collecting vinyl and building hip hop mixtapes (through those she landed an opening slot for DJ Maseo of De La Soul fame). Now, having performed back to back with Silkie, MRK1, and others while touring the UK and Europe - she continues to share the stage and draw inspiration from many other prominent UK/ Europe/North American dubstep producers including members of San Francisco’s thriving Dubstep community. With a current release on Badman Press (with DZ) and a current EP with Badman Digital (feat DZ and Werd2Jah) and a release on Hot N Heavy Recordings (feat DZ) , this US bass siren has shook up the dubstep world and has gained serious attention from artists like Starkey, Crookers, Rusko & more!
