This week Temple Fridays presented by Rock It Science features Temple Nightclub regular Ben Tom, a well known under and aboveground DJ in San Francisco, Kevin Kind, and “The Endups DJ”, DJ Cuervo. Kevin Kind and DJ Cuervo will warm up the Main Floor for Ben Tom while DJ Shisei, Neil Ruff, and Dale Martin create a whole nother vibe in the Destiny Lounge while DJ Von and Tone work the Catacombs.

Ben Tom (Peach, Temple)
Ben Tom aka DJ Durben, a San Francisco native, has moved through the ranks of NorCal’s underground rave scene to residencies at hotspots such as Peach, Remedy, Texture, Ruby Skye, Sound Factory, and Life, and currently Temple where he manages operations and music bookings. Along with top-notch residencies, he has worked with the hottest labels in the electronic music industry such as Peach Music, Body Music Chicago, Temple Music Group, Electric Zen, Soulmine Records, and Tarantic Records. In the studio, he has collaborated with Temple Music Group’s Isabel Lozano, New Yorks’ hip-hop DJ Mr. V, and JasWho?.
Kevin Kind has had over 15 years of DJ experience starting in the underground DJ scene until transitioning to aboveground. He has worked such venues as homebase, Shoreline Amphitheatre, Maritime Hall, 2nd & Jackson, Bill Graham, Santa Clara Fairgrounds, Concourse, and many nightclubs in San Francisco. During his sets, he blends funky house, electro, breakbeats and whitelabel remixes. He also has produced tracks with DJ Devious that have appeared on compilations with Mixmaster Mike, BT, Paul Oakenfold, John Digwee, and many more.
DJ Cuervo is considered to many as “The Endups’s DJ”. He knows how to blend beats skillfully mixing minimal, tech house, electro, deep house, hard house, breaks, tribal, and progressive. Has performed next to Doc Martin, DJ Dan, Victor Calderon, Peter Rauhofer, Chris Cox, DJ Rap, Chuck Love, Chad jack, Ruben Mancias, and many more.

DJ Shisei (Hauslabs)
DJ Shisei aka JD recently formed Hauslabs with other local DJs. His style is house, electro, progressive, fuck, and downtempo, which will surely keep you going till 4am.
A graduate of the DJ4Life Academy, Neil Ruff has had plenty of experience keeping the party alive with many genres such as deep, soulful, tribal, funk, and trance.
Dale Martin has worked such venues as Ruby Skye, The Roxy “LA”, and The Gig “LA”. There is no doubt his set encompassing electronica, trance, and post punk will be flawless.
