Beltek 2009 was a huge success. We had over 2,000 attendees, 3 days and two nights of great music, and raised $4,000 for local charities! But, we also took a huge toll on our neighbors, property, and personal lives.
After much deliberation, we have decided to take a year off from the large-scale BelTek Arts & Music Festival. After seven great years, we will use this year to reorganize, plan, and arrange the resources necessary for a massive BelTek 2011. This was not an easy decision, but based on the needs of the town of Belmont, the funds required to initiate the festival, personal circumstances, and the lack of a large piece of property, we had to take a break.
But, we love our thousands of fans, we love the music, and we love putting on events. So, we had to do something. And BelTek X is what we have for 2010. This will be a one night event, in Portland, Maine. This is for people who truly love the rave music, scene, and culture to come together for one night and have a great time. It is a gift for the people of Portland to enjoy: something very different than the usual. The event will be a fundraiser for the BelTek 2011 Capital Campaign.
Our main goals for 2010 are to find a suitable piece of property to host 3-5,000 people, and interested investors who share our vision for the future. If you have suggestions for either of these, please feel free to get in touch. No stone will be left unturned.
Thank you all for your continued love and support! See you on August 7th.

B.Rich is one of America’s welcome purveyors of bass-heavy house music. With nearly a decade of DJ and production experience within a rave scene that has come and gone, he has positioned himself nicely into modern house music. He has crafted a unique sound that is becoming internationally recognized, gaining support from top DJ’s with many of his tracks getting repeat BBC Radio 1 plays by Kissy Sell Out, and even getting support from the Black Eyed Peas. His DJ sets are known to fly all over the map, electro house, baltimore breaks, old skool dance and dubstep, all with that unifying element: HUGE low end frequencies... time for some serious bass!
Born in Ukraine in 1981, Greg came to America in 1990. He began attending NYC parties in the early 2000’s, getting a steady diet of hard edged NYC rave music. He eventually met his now label-mate AC Slater who introduced him to a melting pot of sound, including old school piano rave, house, breaks, DnB etc. In 2007 Greg became Udachi, and started producing a sound that Tommie Sunshine calls “Armageddon fidget rave”. His remixes have been been making the rounds on BBC Radio 1 with Kissy Sell Out's show, and he’s now become THE hot NY DJ of the moment. According to many New York area urban artists, fashionistas, stars, and bloggers he’s praised as a must-see DJ.
Jen Mas
Jen Mas is the leading lady of hard dance music in North America. Founder of the Vitus crew, she's maintained a strong electronic music scene presence for over a decade, and has an invariably growing fan base that spans the globe. Known for her lightning fast mixing and scratching, she continues to impress audiences everywhere. She's a DJ without limits, and has raised the bar when it comes to showmanship on the decks. Voted one of the top 20 female DJ’s in the world by Shejay Magazine, Jen has proven that she is an artist here to stay. And that is no easy task, as hardcore has often been an underrated and misunderstood genre and few ever got very far with it. But her dedication to pushing the sound and an innate ability to infect you with her music has turned many people onto it, which in turn has helped the genre get much more respect and recognition in America.
Venom started DJing hip hop, reggae, house, and techno as far back as 1990, while also competing in many DJ battles. This only helped sharpened those skills that he uses to wreck dancefloors wherever he performs. A crowd favorite up here in Maine, we’re pleased to bring this long-time party DJ for your insane dancing pleasure!

Now at age 27, he's a seasoned professional ripping sets with his DMC tricks and unique scratching patterns that very few DJ’s can touch. His talents were soon recognized by legendary artist Rob Gee, and he was asked to became part of the Rob Gee Band.
Long time NYC DJ & promoter Dali runs the Groove Therapy management & artist collective, rocking parties on the east coast for over a decade now. Get ready for some rump shaking beats as they play back to back for this event.
