Be still my beating heart. Not only do we get a treasure trove of fall dates to fill up our calendars, but the new Yheti tour is paired with an EP of the same name. The big fall tour with DMVU and Toadface is heralded by Far From The Tree, which drops in full on September 1st.
Tyler Holler plans to drop a new track each day leading up to Friday's release, and he's going strong out the gate with “It's Like That,” which features tons of vocal chops from his TRIFINITY cohort Stephen Strohmenger a.k.a. Mt. Analogue, who we also had the pleasure of having out at The Untz Festival back in June.
The tune bubbles and pops with that signature Yheti low end, parading his production chops out there for everyone to hear. It's a tour de force in that squiggly magic that only he can truly accomplish. Wiggly, wild, and weird—just the way we love it. It's been crushing dance floors whenever he drops it.
Speaking of the live show, fans coast-to-coast will get a taste of the wonder and amazement when the tour kicks off on Sunday in San Francisco. It'll be a happy reunion for fans out on the left coast who dug his performances at The Untz Festival, Stilldream, and more this summer. Just a preview at the end of a nice long weekend, and then boom right into the midwest with DMVU and Toadface cruising around for the next couple of weeks before heading to the mid-Atlantic at the end of the month.
Remember that The Untz is presenting a very special show in Charlottesville, Virginia on September 28th with special guests Ethan Glass and an Ebisu Collective B2B2B featuring be.IN, SunRizen, and Chamelyon. It's going to be a busy fall with the boys, and you're going to want to keep it locked with us for more info.
