20-year-old Tal Levy doesn't seem like he'd need a mild-mannered alter ego, but we like what we're hearing from Clark Kent. The Santa Cruz native has joined the BlackBook Music Group and has been releasing a steady stream of bass-fueled anthems. Generating a wide array of dubstep and electro house, Tal's latest could border on lovestep with its lush instrumentations and delicate touch with the vocals.
