Rusko signs to OWSLA, Lift Me Up EP out July 2

Bass music pioneer Rusko has officially joined Skrillex's OWSLA label for his latest release. The Lift Me Up EP will enjoy a July 2 release, and our first taste of the new sound is "Take Off," a d&b-infused banger with a cameo from HOV. It's too early to tell whether or not this is an indication of the direction the EP and its progenitor will take, or whether Christoper Mercer has some tricks up his sleeve for his debut OWSLA effort. What's certain is that this release will be watched closely, and may spell a mass influx of superstar talent to the powerhouse label.
