Anyone even casually familiar with the midwest bass scene knows that Daniel Clowers has been an integral part of the longstanding bass music monthly, DubtronicA, based in Toledo, Ohio.
People in northeast Ohio know him better as Peanutbutter Williams, and he's been a cornerstone of many midwest events for more than half a decade. But he's not confined to the midwest as anyone who made it out to The Untz Festival can attest.
Today we shine a spotlight on PBW as a performer and producer. His latest single, “Bass Down Low” has been in demand from his fans, and he's thrilled to give them what they want. The element of surprise is a big part of this sneaky track, which follows up a fun little Halloween gem he snuck out to his fans this week.
You can catch Peanutbutter Williams alongside another couple of UNTZ fest alums, Toadface and Sayer, when they all hit Signal Event Center in Toledo on Saturday.
