To all the amateur producers out there, we'd like to use Hooplaa as an example of what can happen through hard work, good productions, and the decision to go ahead and enter your work into one of TheUntz.com's many yearly contests. For the past two years, we have been sending DJs to Sonic Bloom, held each June in picturesque Colorado, and featuring some of the brightest stars in the dance music industry. This past summer, Hooplaa was voted in as one of the best producers in TheUntz.com contest. He got his artist badge, packed up his laptop, and headed for beautiful Shadows Ranch to spend an amazing weekend with some really cool folks. This is how it all went down...
