With White Women on the horizon, the boys of disco have returned in their signature, seductive fashion. Dave 1 and P Thugg debuted "Over Your Shoulder," the brand new steal-your-girl Chromeo single from the album slated for a fall release. The pair have been rolling on 2010's Business Casual, but this new material has been anticipated for a minute. Garnering much comparison to the ultra-disco sounds of Daft Punk's Random Access Memories, one can more accurately find a thread to the smooth sounds of Steely Dan. With the silky synth and guitar work and gurgling beats, this nu-disco duo could very well be this generation's version. And with any luck, the pair will enjoy the sort of longevity their predecessors are enjoying today.
