ChachubaChachuba is definitely surging; coming off a few big shows-- including an opening slot for the supergroup The Supernatural Beings (members of Umphrey’s McGee, Particle, and more). Now, they're getting ready to take their talents on the road for a summer tour.

Nate Beitz (bass), Sean DiCosola (keyboard/synth), Paul Feinstein (drums), and Jimmy Klimek (guitar) will embark on their longest nationwide tour, to date. Fans will have the chance to see them performing at six different music festivals this summer; including Backwoods Music Festival in Stroud, OK and Great North Music Festival in Minot, ME.

As I mentioned before, these guys are students of music and continue to find ways to transcend the boundaries of sound by blending drum 'n' bass, house, chill wave, acid house, electronica, electro, and much more. It is Chachuba's time, looking to the future of their music career. You can drop the comparison to STS9 and The Disco Biscuits. Check out their second single (to their upcoming debut album) called "What A Day." The implementation of a TR8 drum machine, a TT-303 bass sequencer, and a Moog Mother 32 semi modular analog synth has helped them find their sound. One that you can trace back to the band we call Chachuba. The guys are very high on this new single of theirs, which fuses elements of both drum 'n' bass and downtempo sounds.

Chachuba tourIt's not often a group of musicians can successfully blend synths, guitar-heavy jams, and a tight rhythm section all in one product. Chachuba is a four-piece electronic-fusion band that does not let the notion of "genre" limit the styles and influences found in their live shows. The band is influenced by electronic dance music; with instrumental improvisation as a key component. No matter the show or festival - headlining or supporting a gig - Chachuba’s music is infectious.

From the House of Blues in Chicago, IL to State Bridge Amphitheater in Bond, CO--this band has turned heads; spreading their music and message all across the United States.
