That's right folks, April 23rd we would be honored if you joined us to celebrate 4 years of Dubstep in Denver.
It has been quite a ride, and for this one we wanted to make it special. This will be a two room event, broadcasted LIVE on dubstep.fm!!!

Jakes is many things to many people, to some he is the voice of TC’s smash hits ‘Deep’, ‘Drink’ and ‘Mindkiller’, to others he is the Daddy of Bristolian Dubstep crew H.E.N.C.H and to musical historians he is one of the most interesting vocalists that underground British music can lay claim to. Never afraid to break from tradition and roll with his own flow, Jakes’ voice has become one of the most recognisable in the game and his energetic live performances see him travelling across the globe and smacking down raves from Bristol to Boston with his inimitable style.

Freely playing samplers, keyboards and even self-made instruments, "The Sound Originator" GOTH-TRAD creates remarkable dance music in an abstract aproach. First appeared in a music event abroad in December 2001 performing at "Batofar" an event held on a boat in France, creating a strong impression with his original sound collage. GOTH-TRAD started his own music creation in 1998, and the musical unit "REBEL FAMILIA" with Takeshi "HEAVY" Akimoto in 2001. As for his own solo works, 1st album "GOTH-TRAD I" was released in April 2003. Again GOTH-TRAD did his solo French tour in Autumn. January 2004, was the opening act for THE MARS VOLTA's shows in 3 major cities. Made a solo tour in Europe in May and June. Also November 2004, opening act for Arto Lindsay's show in Tokyo. Released his 2nd solo album on January '05. In March performed at "KOREA-JAPAN Road Club Festival 2005" of Japan-Korea Friendship Year. After returning from Korea, established a new music called "Mad Rave" and in November 05 released his 3rd solo album "Mad Raver's Dance Floor". The release tour travelled to Berlin, Paris, Metz, London and 8 domestic cities. 12inch single "Paranoia/Acid Steps" released on 28th Jan 2006. In September 2006,GOTH-TRAD started the Dubstep party named "Back To Chill". "Back To Chill" represents Japanese Dubstep & Madrave!!!

The Living Legends, a loose collective of MCs and DJs from the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Japan, and Europe, are unique for both their down-to-earth songs and approach to the music business. Following in the footsteps of California artists like Too Short who made a name selling tapes out of car trunks, the Legends also chose to stay independent from record labels. They took the street hustling mentality even further with world tours, an in-depth website, tireless self-promotion, and an organized business plan, which made their slogan "Control Destiny" ring very true. Living Legends served as an inspiration for other Bay Area heavyweight crews like Hieroglyphics and Hobo Junction, who along with hip-hoppers nationwide in the late '90s decided they could live off without major labels.
