Rinsed heavily by Rusko, Reid Speed, SLUGGO, CALVERTRON and more, their Debut EP “The Wrestler” [Ultragore] made home to Beatport’s Dubstep Top 100 Chart with the title single in the Top 10 for 3 weeks.

Since Halloween of 1987, Alert has established himself and his artistic branding/vision with over 23 years' worth of experience both as a graffiti artist and as a musician.
Ten years later, on Halloween of 1997, he branched out into the realm of electronic music by becoming a DJ. Playing tech house and jungle/drum & bass records led him towards the production end of the musical spectrum, and he began producing his own tracks at the beginning of 2003. Since 2004, he has been playing/performing live sets comprised of original tracks, using his trusty laptop.
He has released tracks on Dope Recordings, Rope Swing Cities, Archipel, Filthy Digital, Plastic Sound Supply and Section 8; as well as his own label, Oblivion Fringe, which was established in 2006. He currently produces dubstep and drum & bass.

TRUE SCORE THEORY
Vinja’s production output has been thoroughly flexing bass bins on massive sound systems nationwide. His tracks ‘Flute Loop’ and ‘Bombassador’ have been heavily rinsed to the delight of thousands of fans by some of the nation’s premiere producers, including Antiserum, Noah D, and Babylon System.
His debut release, the Voyager EP, (Addictech Records, Dec. 2010) was well received and secured the top monthy download for three consecutive months on Addictech.com He followed up his debut EP with a collaboration with Antiserum featuring Messinian of Planet of the Drums Tour. ‘Bang Out’ and ‘Sound War’ were released on the True Score Theory label (Feb. 2011) and charted to #30 on the Beatport Dubstep Top 100.
Vinja’s next release is a remix for Daly City’s records’ Joe Mousepad ‘Xenakis’ shortly followed by another multi-genre EP dropping on Addictech Records in August 2011.
