Hello Athens, Ga..we are back again and happy to bring you Archnemesis LIVE featuring special guest TRIZ!! This is going to be a special event from Archnemesis kicking off this 4 day tour across the south with the LK3000 crew and more.So get raedy for a wild night with head spinning lighting production and straight bass pumping electronic fusion that you are not going to want to miss...lets get it!!
ARCHNEMESIS:: For those of yo...u unfamiliar, Archnemesis is a blend of the musical master Curt Heiny of Telepath and Justin Aubucon of Mo Theory that have put together a genius mix of jazz, blues, and other samples of different genres mixed with the deep hip hop and ghettotech bass lines to create their own unique sound. Archnemesis is hitting the scene hard, ripping it up all over the US performing at this years Camp Bisco, and along side of artist such as Zoogma, Papadosio,Pretty Lights, and just were featured in an after party event for Deadmau5!!!
TRIZ::Nick Trotta aka "Triz" has lived all over the country and honed his music skills along the way. Raised in Chapel Hill, NC, he returned to his birthplace of Fort Collins, CO to study music at Colorado State University. In 2003 he relocated to Athens, GA, picked up 2 turntables and began writing, recording and producing original music and spinning it for steadily increasing crowds. Triz performed at Baller's Ball 1 in Athens, GA beginning a whirlwind 2 year run for him during which he played seven times at the illustrious Georgia Theatre and shared the stage with the likes of electronica masters Shpongle, OTT, and Bluetech, dubstep gurus Rusko, Joker, Heyoka, Djunya, and Jantsen and will soon add electro-dance kings Uberzone and The Bassbin Twins to that resume. Many of those shows were sets performed by new electronic juggernaut T'n'T. Since being featured at Trinumeral Festival 8 at the Deerfields in Asheville, NC in August '08, Triz and fellow Athenian producer and good friend t8r(tot) started the T'n'T sideproject which has since returned to the Deerfields for Trinumeral Festival 9. While Triz' sets consist of mainly original material, T'n'T's sets offer a free-for-all, smash-in-the-face dance party all off the cuff, traveling through the best in electronica, hip-hop, drum & bass, funk, dubstep and deep house. T'n'T was asked perform the closingshow at SheddFest, an event benefitting the Tug McGraw Foundation supporting brain cancer research, two years in a row, the second of which is coming up this April 9-11 in Sylvania, GA. Triz' joined hip-hop cohort Produceman of the Deaf Judges and recorded a mixtape entitled "Mixed Greens".
