Owned and operated by electronic record label, Acustronic and Colombian Galerist, Luis Perez Galeria, this 20,000 square foot renovated warehouse space is transformed into Miami’s newest hub of contemporary culture and modern day artistic ingenuity. The Awarehouse, a full service venue serves as Acustronic’s headquarters, making the space a favorite for hosting an array of events, for live shows + concerts (N.E.R.D, Mala Rodriguez, Kinky for Converse) fashion, art exhibits, corporate events, clothing rummage sales (American Apparel), film productioon and photography shoots. |

The Beacham is a 1,250 capacity live music hall and nightclub in the heart of downtown Orlando. Connected by a common doorway to The Social, the two venues create the most intimate and impressive privately owned live music and nightclub destination in the Southeastern United States. The historic building that serves as home to The Beacham boasts a long and storied past. Originally opening on Orlando’s Orange Avenue in December 1921, the venue was purpose-built to host vaudeville acts. Throughout the years under different names and ownership the theater staged a treasure trove of classic bands including The Pixies, Soundgarden, Tori Amos, Steel Pulse and The Replacements. The Beacham currently continues in the nightclub tradition on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays hosting popular dance nights, Honeypot, Swirl and The Barrio. |
