Top 10 EDM Albums of 2015Tons of amazing music was released over the past year. Of course, because we are The Untz, we tended to focus on the underground magic versus the mainstream masses, which sure, yeah, there was some good electronica released on the pop side of things, but that's just not our bag.

With the help of our fans, as well as our staff, we sorted through the best stuff that was in our wheelhouse. The electro-soul and future funk, the glitch-hop, weird bass, and trippy trap, as well as the psychedelic bass that makes us grin and dance like fools.

We're looking forward to another big year of releases for our favorite artists, but for now, we present to you our favorite electronic albums of 2015.

10. Cualli - Birds of Bliss

Long a favorite of The Untz, Aaron Holsapple finally found his perfect sound, and delivered it ever so lovingly via Kalya Scintilla's MerKaba Music. If you missed this delight, you're in for a treat.

9. Griff - Unstuck in Time

Fusing acoustic musings with jazzy licks and sharp drum progressions, we got to follow the mad methods of griff through an incredible audio journey.

8. Desert Dwellers - The Great Mystery

The first thoroughly collaborative album from this legendary psy bass duo proved to be a major milestone in the pair's career. Launching two equally huge remix albums featuring Emancipator, Liquid Stranger, Gaudi, Kaminanda, An-ten-nae, Govinda, and more, Desert Dwellers had the whole psychedelic community rallying behind them in 2015.
