Wormhole September 27Just over a month after The Untz Festival in Mariposa, California, the Detwiler Fire raged out of control through a great swath of Mariposa County. Reaching an area of 75,000 acres, the blaze burned 50 single-family homes, damaged 11 more, and destroyed another 50 structures in the county before it was contained.

On September 27th, the weekly Wormhole Wednesday gathering at The New Parish in Oakland, California with our festival partners at Wormhole Entertainment will serve as a benefit for victims of this devastating blaze. Our goal is to give back to a community that has welcomed us and our festival with open arms for the past two years.

The celebration fundraiser will be headlined by past festival artist Thelem, who just released his new Ninety 3 EP last month. He will be joined by 10th Letter, Phers (album release show), Concentrate, and more. Womrhole's weekly events have become the gold standard for underground bass in the Bay Area, and have expanded out to bigger events at Berkeley's UC Theatre with Ott, Shobaleader One, and DJ Shadow, among others.

If you can't make it to next month's event, we ask that you donate what you can to the relief efforts. We will be delivering all funds to the Mariposa Community Foundation for rebuilding and renewing our vitally important community.

Contribute to the Mariposa Community Foundation fund for Detwiler Fire relief.
