This upbeat, spacey track is a perfect example of why I love Benoit Heitz aka Surkin. Accentuated with soulful female vocals, this tune remains dancey even though the drop packs quite the heavy punch. Even with the added bass-weight, “Oedo 606” doesn’t drag or lose its energy. Hailing from Paris, Heitz is well known stateside not only as a talented producer but also as the co-founder of Marble record label, which houses talent such as Bobmo, Para One and Canblaster.
