Good things come to those who wait.

It's been several months since Alana Rocklin joined the fold as the newest member of STS9. The seminal live electronic act has been receiving rave reviews for the new bass player since her debut back in the spring. A touch summer festival schedule has road-tested the act, who has honed its new sound--decidedly reinvigorated is the term we use to describe Sector 9 2.0.

The fall tour schedule has been much-anticipated, and today, we got the full ballot of dates numbering 23 in just about the period of a month. Beginning October 9 in Indianapolis, the band runs through some of its favorite hotspots in the midwest, the mid-Atlantic, the northeast, and down into Tribe territory.

The band swoops through the southeast with a Halloween throwdown in Music City, USA and a double-dose in the quintet's home of Atlanta, GA. Some of STS9's finest moments have come courtesy of ATL shindigs, and this return will be celebrated with great fervor.

The run closes with a quick dart west from Atlanta through Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and into Dallas and Austin in Texas for a tour finale that is not to be missed.

The tour announcement follows closely behind the news that STS9 will be performing an additional Axe The Cables set of unplugged tunes each of the two nights its performs at Red Rocks, September 5 and 6.

Tickets will be on-sale exclusively through www.sts9store.com at 10AM Saturday (August 2) accordingly by each city's time zone. Make sure you've got your tix in hand when the dust settles...
