Straight out of Music City, USA comes the new collective Octal Sound. Helmed by Fast Nasty and Dex Palmer, this Nashville collective is focused on bringing you, the listener, the freshest tunes they can muster. Boasting a roster of uber-talented individuals including Cry Wolf, Don Winsley, sohella, mesca, Spooky Jones, and many, many more, Octal Sound is brimming with excitement to release their brand new compilation Make Ends Beat. We have a couple of treats from that comp for you today. Fast Nasty puts a lazerbass spin on Archnemesis' "Down the Line," Don Winsley makes Mr. Oizo's "Douche Beat" even douchier (nah, it's sweet), and Cry Wolf unleashes the filthy "Panther" from its cage. You can catch Mr. Nasty, himself, on St. Patrick's Day (this Saturday) in Nashville with Zoogma and Stereotonin.
