Germany's Kairo Kingdom
has already proven its penchant for major pop releases. The Frankfurt duo have firmly established themselves as a precision production team, meticulously crafting electro-house with just the right amount of dubstep. Interestingly enough--especially coming from a country known for techno--it's actually from breaks that Kairo and Kingdom cull some dance floor inspiration. TheUntz.com is thrilled to premiere "Get Down," the latest single from Kairo Kingdom out tomorrow (Aug 15) on Simplify Recordings. With a hooky intro that could well have been produced by Fatboy Slim, the Ginsu-sharp drop plays right into that breaks aesthetic. Producers are flooding into the midtempo range from both the low end and the higher end of the rhythmic spectrum. With "Get Down," that party aesthetic of early 2000's breakbeats lives on. All the elements at play here are destined to take this track to the top of the charts. The question then becomes... just which one?
