For the past decade, Lotus has been establishing themselves as one of the premiere post-rock and live electronic acts in the country.  Several critically acclaimed albums and late-night slots at major festivals have cemented this band's reputation as a rowdy dance band for fans of progressive music.

Jesse Miller, bassist for Lotus, is featured on this week's The Untz Podcast.  Miller also plays synths and samplers in the electronic trio Ghost Stepper, rounded out by Lotus drummer Mike Greenfield and guitarist Luke Miller.  Lotus is currently finishing up another studio album, and is about to embark on a massive Fall tour. They will be headlining the Liberate Music and Yoga Festival August 21st in Sheldon, VT, as well as their own festival, Summerdance, on August 27th and 28th in Garrettsville, OH.
