Zion I DJ/producer Amp Live’s latest EDM masterpiece is a collaboration with infamous Dom Lalli (and ubiquitous—last month he closes down The Fillmore in Denver with Michal Menert, then The Floozies and Manic Focus bring him out at the Fox in Boulder this past weekend) of Big Gigantic. “Brass Knuckles” is fucking filthy.  Dom’s soulful saxophone blends into the heavy bass and trap drops so flawlessly it’ll leave you wondering how a track could possibly be so smooth and jazzy, yet so filthy and full of bass at the same time. “Brass Knuckles” proves that the love child of trap and jazz is fucking beautiful.

The track is a rollercoaster ride full of dizzying highs and gut-wrenching drops, appropriately starting with a drum roll to brace the listener for the euphonic journey ahead. “Brass Knuckles” reaches full climax just under the one-minute mark where the dirtiest drop takes place. The filthy bass-line and sexy saxophone in this track will without a doubt make you want to rip up the dance floor, and possibly even your shirt.

Do your ears a big favor and cop a free download of this track. Don’t say we didn’t warn you if your MP3 player ends stuck on repeat for a hot minute. I don’t know how Dom manages to be everywhere all the time, but my fiendin’ ears stay happy because of that fact. And don’t forget to jump on board the new Big Gigantic tour, The Night Is Young, which just unveiled a slew of dates yesterday!
