In time for the summer solstice later this month, two rising electro-soul stars have come together to create a phenomenal track for these lazy summer days. Pittsburgh's Derlee and Pacific Northwest duo WillDaBeast (Will Glazier and Dan de Lisle) have crafted a massive tune to engage the spirit and lift the soul.

WillDaBeast has picked up a few things in its tenure in the Michal Menert Big Band. Derlee ain't no slouch either, putting out a brand new release on Philos Records later this month. "Summer SOUL-stice" packs plenty of punch, but isn't overbearing in any way. Together, the combination of sultry horns, reverb-soaked soul, and blistering bass makes for a triumphant in summer jam sounds.
