It's so exciting to us when one of our favorite artists digs into his back catalog and says "Oh yeah, forgot about this one... here ya go!" That's exactly what ChrisB. did late last night, and here we are, basking in its purpley goodness. "End Game" made just a few appearances in ChrisB.'s sets last year, and our diagnosis is "woefully underused." Built on a shimmering foundation of glittery synths, the art and substance of this track arcs upwards in a golden ray of melodic convergence. Layers and layers are stacked in the true purple tradition, echoing and transposing lines, revealing and hiding new paths and harmonic possibilities. This is what gives ChrisB. his sensual signature. We're just lucky he pulled it out and gave it away.
