The Werk Out FestivalIn the the densely populated festival world, The Werk Out is managing to not only produce a diverse lineup, but deliver exactly what its fans want. With a blend of funk, jam, and electronica, the boutique midwest festival is any live music fan's dream.

Today, Break Science and The Floozies were added to the three-day festival returning to Legend Valley in Thornville, OH from August 6-8. They join other electronic hybrids Papadosio, Turbo Suit, and EarthCry, as well as straight up EDM acts like Buku and Attak & Carma.

The biggest news of the day is the addition of jam legends Umphrey's McGee, who will perform two sets at the 6th incarnation of the festival. The six-piece midwest prog-jam heroes join host band The Werks at the top of the bill, along with Lettuce, Dopapod, The Main Squeeze, and more.

We want the Umph. The Werk Out got the Umph.

Last year, the three-headed monster of The Werks, Papadosio, and Dopapod performed a scintillating rendition of Pink Floyd's legendary Dark Side of the Moon, and there's no doubt the festival has an equally big surprise up its sleeve.

GA tickets are available at $109.95 with VIP tickets at the $219.95 level. VIP's have access to private showers, bathrooms, bars, and viewing areas.
