The Untz Festival 2017This year, the lineup for The Untz Festival is overflowing with local and regional talent. It's an honor for us to be the first festival for a lot of artists in the Fresno area to be playing in their careers, and our plan is to watch these local hustlers grow over the years, and look back at us fondly as where they got their start.

An act we've been watching very closely is Bipolar-Frequencies. In the short time that Marvin Amador and Colton Ashcraft have been performing, they have really ignited their local fan base and watched their numbers grow. They'll be opening up ThazDope Records' stage the last day of the festival, and I can't think of a better tune to start off Sunday Funday than their latest release “Good vs Evil,” which has that bass house sound we love. It's a bouncy groove that'll get the party kicked off with panache.

Amador and Ashcraft will be joined by fellow Fresno-area cats like ION, Abstrukt, and DFNDRS, and they join festival luminaries like TRUTH, Liquid Stranger, and Toadface. Unleash the bass with us in just two short weeks! Visit www.theuntzfestival.com to snag your tickets to the Mariposa Fairgrounds from June 2-4
