Abstract EarthAbstract Earth is quickly becoming a pivotal force in Oregon’s burgeoning electronic community; consistently providing concertgoers with countless chances to experience their favorite artists live. The Portland based project continues to expand at a momentous rate, bringing producers from around the globe to numerous venues around the 503. Their summer extravaganza aptly titled What The Festival?! experienced its inaugural edition this past July, and boy did it make a splash (and we’re not just talking about the open pool). The electrifying event combined the inspirational aspects present in nature with jaw-dropping tunes, pulling artists like Beats Antique, Big Gigantic, Bonobo, Ghostland Observatory, Adventure Club, GRiZ, and countless others.
Round two of WTF is taking place this summer from July 26-28, but why wait till then to attend a grip of life-changing shows? Think of this spring as the road to White River Canyon, or quite literally a pre-game celebration. Abstract Earth will be turning Portlandia upside down these next few months with numerous mind-blowing concerts, and below is your guide to the upcoming “Lisztomania.” Check out their website for updated information on each show, and make sure you keep the name Abstract Earth firmly embedded on your conscious.
