More than a pair of pants or a jacket? A festival ticket? A full day's wage at your job? Or just a cup of coffee?
For years Abraxas has been helping you bring up the sun and more, in a most special way with wonderful artists like Random Rab, LYNX, Janover, Timonkey, Gabriel ELF and more...
...and for years the Space Wench and the Space Island crew has been bringing you the Temple of Breaks, hosting artists like Bassnectar, Tipper, FreQ Nasty, VibeSquad, Stanton Warriors, and An-Ten-Nae.
Abraxas and the Wench have hooked up to bring you more sound and more epic sunrises in recent years, and this year will be no different. ...and both crews are looking to step it up with your help and support...
It costs thousands of dollars just to get the Art Cars to the playa, and fueled for the week... but Abraxas had a very rough journey back to the west coast from DC in the winter, and is in dire need of repairs and TLC... proceeds will be used to get her rebuilt and operational again... and to bring gifts for all to the playa...
...and there has been a year's long hope and vision to add a Zepellin atop the Space Wench, one that would be interior projected, with a bird's nest and smoke... this event can help us get closer to both necessity and luxury, not to mention get in the spirit!
We will be raffling & silent auctioning many special prizes to include:
*Sunset Cruises aboard the Art Cars for you and your friends
*2 Burning Man Tickets
*Playa Fashions and Jewelry
Hospitality provided by Warrior Within Designs & the Tsunamurai.
A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS WILL GO TOWARDS JAPAN QUAKE RELIEF EFFORTS & THE CHEB I SABBAH CANCER TREATMENT FUND.
