About GREGOR SALTO:
Music is a life necessity for Gregor Salto, who has been DJing and producing extensively since his early teens. Never satisfied with just one particular sound, Gregor constantly seeks to cross-existing boundaries and take on new challenges. That’s how he could rise to the top as one of Holland’s most successful dance artists, while simultaneously using his own label G-REX Music and sideprojects like Gregor Salto LIVE to further widen his musical scope. It was his first big break, “Can’t Stop Playing,” in 2004 thatwas the start of Gregor’s ongoing roller-coaster ride through Dutch clubland. His unrivalled productiveness has made Gregor Salto an extremely popular remixer. He’s worked for superstars like George Michael, Rita Ora and J-Lo, and dance icons like Axwell and Nicky Romero. It also kept him in the top ranks as one of Holland’s most in demand DJ’s and producers and spread his fame throughout the globe. Then again, his own productions might have something to do with that as well. Salto drums ruled the festival stages last year, as ‘Azumba’, released on Laidback Luke’s label Mixmash, remains a huge hit among the world’s biggest DJs. Nowadays Gregor extends his fame to most European countries, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean and the Americas. He obviously knows what it takes to rock a dancefloor – something he is still proving every day of the weekend from behind the decks.
