ABOUT
CASSY:
Catherine Britton aka
Cassy left England for Austria with her Caribbean father and Austrian mother in 1975. She spent her childhood in Vienna and Lower Austria learning to sing and studying music at an early age. After studying drama and acting in London for three years she returned to her hometown of Vienna and began working in the
theatre. But she soon gave up acting when she
realised she couldn't stand the profession.
Her first professional step into the electronic music world was as a vocalist for
Elin aka
Autorepeat on 'Music Takes Me Higher' on Sabotage Records. Electric Indigo was able to convince
Cassy to not only involve herself as a singer but to learn how to mix records. After her first DJ gig in Vienna, Munich and further productions she met Dave the Hustler in Geneva where they started working on a collaborative project for Mental Groove,
Cassy & Dave the Hustler. Geneva was also where she met
Luciano, co-producing 'La
Ondita' on his album 'Blind
Behaviour'. She also co-produced 'Alpine Rocket' with Mathew
Jonson for
Perlon.
After moving to Berlin in 2003 and being inspired by the club scene and music, she worked with artists such as Ricardo
Villalobos and Steve Bug and has also had releases on
Perlon Records. Recently she started her own label
Cassy, She regularly spins at the
Panoramabar in Berlin.

ABOUT KIM ANN FOXMAN:
For the past few years Kim Ann Foxman has been brewing a club cult following across the globe; crisscrossing everywhere from Japan to Cologne and Chicago she’s established herself as one of the most sought after DJs and artists on the house scene. Splitting her time between her home base in New York City’s East Village and her globetrotting schedule she’s released a single, Creature / What You Need as well as a raft of great remixes. She brings her loyal dance followers to the floor with her infectious, soulful DJ sets that intoxicate dance floors everywhere. After collaborating with Hercules and Love Affair for two albums, she decided to part ways to choose her own musical adventure.
“I grew up in Hawaii, my dad is a hippie and my mothers dream was to turn me into a beauty queen.” In her own words, “I grew up with a love for Freestyle, R&B and House music. Technotronic changed my life and sent me straight to dance music. When I grew up I wanted to become Ya Kid K.” After winning the Miss Teen Filipina Hawaii contest in 1991 she gave up the crown and set her sights on dance music; working in a night club during her late teens, moving at 18 to San Francisco and diving into the rave scene, performing live in a variety of electronic acts. From there she was off to New York throwing decadently notorious party at The Hole which-closed-and-now reopened-as-The Cock. After that came the well-documented and celebrated years with Hercules and Love Affair.
Kim Ann Foxman has not forgotten about her past, present or future fans. In October her latest solo release, Return It, and Hypnotic Dance, both written and produced by Kim Ann herself, will be released with remixes from Steffi, Populette, and Dinamo Azari. She is also keeping busy between New York, Berlin, and London working with other artists on collaborations that will soon be released, as well working on her debut solo album. The “creatures” can’t wait to shake their bodies for her.
